BlockBeats News, June 27th, according to Cointelegraph's report, the Canadian publicly listed company Bitcoin Treasury Corporation (BTCT) will officially resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, a public venture market for emerging companies, on June 27th.

The company announced on Thursday that its common shares will begin trading freely on the exchange starting from June 30th, under the stock symbol "BTCT," with over 10 million shares issued and outstanding. Previously, the company had sold over 10 million shares of BTCT stock. The resumption of trading followed a brokered offering that raised a total of 125 million Canadian dollars (approximately 92 million U.S. dollars).

Some of the proceeds from the financing were also used to purchase Bitcoin. According to the company, it has acquired 292.80 BTC at a total cost of approximately 31.5 million U.S. dollars.
