The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has taken legal action against three of Sanjeev Gupta’s main companies in Australia for failing to lodge annual reports.
The corporate regulator said late on Friday it had begun action in the Supreme Court of New South Wales against Liberty Primary Metals Australia, Tahmoor Coal and Liberty Bell Bay for failure to lodge the documents with ASIC.
