NSW Premier Chris Minns has ruled out changing the law to allow Crown Resorts to install poker machines at its Sydney casino.
The Australian Financial Review first revealed in December that Crown had asked to put poker machines in to help overcome declining revenue from high-rollers, but its initial request had been knocked back.
