One of Australia’s oldest technology services providers, AWA Technology Services, has changed hands.
Ten years after healthcare provider Cabrini Health bought AWA out of administration, it has sold the business to infrastructure and facilities services provider ARA Group. AWA is understood to be making $27 million in revenue, and was guided by buy-side adviser M&A Partners.
