Happy Ending...For others who have encountered this issue, if your funds haven’t been refunded, you can email the official channel to inquire (the email address should be in the transaction message about the funds that were transferred). You can follow the steps suggested in the official reply (like paying to register for their Cloud service or setting up an Alby Hub, etc.), or perhaps, like in my case, you might do nothing and still get it back directly.Although the amount is small, the nature of this incident is malicious. If the official team had left a message explaining how to retrieve the funds when they were initially taken from us, the situation would have been quite different."
