Bitcoin and altcoins trade at nearly 2% Kimchi Premium in South Korea on June 7.

As of 12:00 AM KST on June 7, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 145.47 million KRW on South Korea's Upbit exchange, up 2.75% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 142.65 million KRW, resulting in a price gap of 2.82 million KRW and a Kimchi Premium of 1.98%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, showed a Kimchi Premium of 1.95%. Other major altcoins also displayed similar premiums: Solana (SOL) at 2.04%, XRP (XRP) at 1.97%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 1.99%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 1.93%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 1.9% to 2.0% range.
