BlockBeats News, June 1st, According to official sources, Loud! (LOUD) has completed two phases of token sale. The first phase (whitelist phase) aimed to raise 200 SOL and finally received 194.8 SOL. Each participating user is expected to receive 225,000 LOUD. The second phase (public sale phase, first come, first served) aimed to raise 205.2 SOL (including the 5.2 SOL quota not filled in the first phase) and has currently been oversubscribed, reaching the hard cap.
According to Loud!'s sale rules, when oversubscription occurs in the second phase, the participation quota for each participating user is expected to automatically decrease from 0.2 SOL to 0.05 SOL, and excess funds will be refunded. Therefore, each person is expected to receive 56,250 LOUD in the second phase.
Loud! officials also stated that the LOUD tokens have not been generated yet. Participants in the sale are advised to wait for further instructions on claiming.
In earlier news, some community members expressed their cautious attitude towards Loud! as they believed the project team had a poor track record in previous projects.
