Strive CEO Calls Mark Zuckerberg, Urges Meta to Add Bitcoin to Balance Sheet

BlockBeats News, May 29th, according to Bitcoin Magazine, Strive CEO Matt Cole called on Meta CEO Zuckerberg at the Bitcoin 2025 conference to urge him to add Bitcoin to the balance sheet.

BlockBeats previously reported that on May 27th, asset management company Strive announced the completion of a $750 million private equity financing round, focusing on deploying the "excess Bitcoin return" strategy portfolio. The financing will be used to acquire biotech companies, distressed Bitcoin claims (such as Mt. Gox reimbursement claims), and discounted structured Bitcoin credit products to build its Bitcoin reserve treasury. CEO Matt Cole stated that Strive will enhance BTC returns with the "excess Bitcoin return" strategy and will detail the plan at the "Bitcoin 2025" conference in Las Vegas.
