BlockBeats News, May 27th, according to TheBlock, Sonar, a well-known ICO platform founded by investor Cobie, officially launched its first project Plasma, seeking to raise $50 million. Plasma co-founder Paul Faecks stated that 10% of the XPL tokens will be publicly issued this time, with a fundraising target of $50 million, corresponding to a total token valuation of $5 billion.

BlockBeats previously reported that the stablecoin project Plasma announced a strategic investment from Peter Thiel's Founders Fund, with the specific amount undisclosed. Peter Thiel is one of Plasma's earliest angel investors.
