On May 22, 2025, Tapestry, Inc. announced that it has entered into a new financial agreement to refinance and replace its previous unsecured revolving credit facility. The new agreement, established with Bank of America, N.A. as the administrative agent and a syndicate of banks and financial institutions, provides Tapestry with a $2 billion unsecured revolving credit facility. This facility, which includes sub-facilities for letters of credit, is set to mature on May 22, 2030, and will be used to support the company's working capital needs, capital expenditures, permitted investments, share purchases, dividends, and other general corporate purposes. The agreement allows for loans to be made in multiple currencies, including Euros, Pounds Sterling, Japanese Yen, or U.S. Dollars, with the possibility of increasing the revolving commitments by up to $750 million under certain conditions.
