0043 GMT - Lindsay Australia's bull at Wilsons warns of execution risk around the logistics operator's latest acquisition. Analyst Ben Wilson tells clients in a note that Lindsay's acquisition of refrigerated-transport company SRT makes strategic sense, with cost and revenue synergies available. However, he cautions that the EPS accretion flagged by Lindsay hinges on SRT achieving 90% Ebit growth in FY 2025. Most of the fiscal year is over, which reduces uncertainty, but there is still some risk. Lindsay has mixed record on recent acquisitions, Wilson adds. Wilsons raises its target price 14% to A$0.99 and keeps an overweight rating on the stock, which is down 1.4% at A$0.715.(stuart.condie@wsj.com)
