On May 16, 2025, Southern California Gas Company, an indirect subsidiary of Sempra, successfully closed its public offering, raising $1.1 billion through the issuance of two series of First Mortgage Bonds. The offering includes $600 million of 5.450% Series DDD Bonds maturing in 2035 and $500 million of 6.000% Series EEE Bonds maturing in 2055. Both series of bonds, which are registered under the company's Form S-3, will have interest payments made semiannually starting December 15, 2025. The bonds are also redeemable before maturity at the company's discretion, providing Sempra with strategic financial flexibility.
