Rothschild & Co rainmaker Sam Prentice has made a beeline for Trans-Tasman investment bank Jarden, joining the firm’s corporate finance division as a senior managing director.
Newly installed executive chairman Aidan Allen announced the appointment to staff on Wednesday, noting Prentice’s expertise in navigating complex and high-profile transactions.
