The company reported a negative EBITDA of DKK 0.4 million for Q3 2024/25, contrasting with a positive EBITDA of DKK 0.8 million in Q3 2023/24. Order intake for the quarter reached DKK 9.3 million, with new contracts secured for the ESA EnVision mission with Thales Alenia Space and a commercial contract with The Exploration Company for software validation and verification services. From January to the end of April, total order intake amounted to DKK 23.6 million. Rovsing anticipates a high activity level in the fourth quarter and maintains its full-year revenue outlook in the range of DKK 37.0 to 40.0 million, with a positive EBITDA expected between DKK 1.0 to 2.0 million. The company also highlights a robust and diverse order backlog of DKK 48.3 million, covering various missions and customers across institutional, military, and commercial space sectors. The management and Board of Directors continue to focus on key strategic themes, including growth, diversification, competitiveness, and investor relations.
