U.S. CFTC Acting Chair Caroline Pham to Resign After New Chair Takes Office

BlockBeats News, May 16th, FOX Business reporter Eleanor Terrett reported that Caroline Pham, Acting Chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), will step down later this year and return to the private sector.

Pham confirmed during the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) annual conference held in Amsterdam on Thursday that once Brian Quintenz is confirmed as CFTC Chairman, she will officially resign.
