The Altcoin Index hit a yearly high of 87 on December 4, 2024, with 31 tokens out of the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap outperforming Bitcoin in the past 90 days. The top-performing altcoins in the last 90 days are FORM, FARTCOIN, MKR, WIF, and BREET.
