Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR) will see stronger growth in the H2, backed by growth in its Enterprise Data and Automotive segments, supporting full-year revenue growth of over 20%, Deutsche Bank said in a note Friday.
This growth outlook comes even as revenue from its largest customer, estimated to be Nvidia (NVDA), is expected to drop about 40% year-over-year, the investment firm said.
Despite ongoing tariff uncertainties, the company expects Q2 revenue to rise 2% from the prior quarter, ahead of the forecast for flat growth, according to the note.
Following its recent analyst meeting, the company is seen as having a strong technology portfolio and growing customer base, positioning it to outperform peers in the long term, Deutsche Bank analysts noted.
Deutsche Bank maintained a buy rating for Monolithic Power Systems with a $765 price target.
Shares of the company were up about 4% in recent trading.
