Tamboran Resources Corp. announced April 21 the resignation of Stephanie Reed from her role as non-executive director on the company’s board.
Reed, who has been a part of Tamboran’s board of directors since September 2023, plans to focus on other business interests, according to the company’s press release.
She served on the compensation and sustainability committees of the board and supported the listing of Tamboran on the NYSE in June 2024, the company said.

Her insights and experience have been greatly appreciated, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours,” said Joel Riddle, CEO and managing director at Tamboran Resources.
Reed holds over 15 years of oil and gas experience and is currently partner and chief commercial officer of Formentera Partners where she oversees business development, land, geosciences and marketing/midstream.
She was recently vice president of oil and gas marketing & midstream at Pioneer Natural Resources, according to Tamboran’s website.
Reed is also an honoree in Oil and Gas Investor’s 2025 Influential Women in Energy.
