BlockBeats News, April 14th, HashKey Capital member Rui and ArkStream Capital founding partner Ye Su revealed in an X disclosure that the crypto project MANTRA (OM) is a "Ground Promotion OTC," with an off-exchange volume of up to 5 billion U.S. dollars.
