BlockBeats News, April 16th, U.S.-listed medical technology company Semler Scientific (SMLR) submitted an S-3 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), applying to issue $500 million worth of securities. This issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to purchasing Bitcoin.

BlockBeats previously reported that Semler Scientific (SMLR) increased its Bitcoin holdings by 871 BTC on February 4th, with a total holding of 3,192 BTC.
