As for Fusaka, it will explicitly include EIP-7823 (Limit MODEXP Complexity), EIP-7825 (Transaction Gas Limit), and EIP-7907 (Contract Code Size Measurement and Limit Increase); EIP-7762 and EIP-7918 will choose one to adopt in the blob fee mechanism to balance resource utilization and market supply and demand.
