The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Inspirato

In fact, the recent purchase by CEO & Chairman of the Board Payam Zamani was not their only acquisition of Inspirato shares this year. They previously made an even bigger purchase of US$244k worth of shares at a price of US$3.50 per share. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is US$3.88. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. In this case we're pleased to report that the insider bought shares at close to current prices. Payam Zamani was the only individual insider to buy shares in the last twelve months.
