0823 GMT - Frencken Group's earnings recovery outlook appears positive, as its customer order momentum continues to build into 2025, RHB Research says in a note as it maintains a buy rating. Analyst Alfie Yeo expects the tech solutions provider's revenue growth to accelerate, driven by the semiconductor segment's continued rebound. However, due to operating expenses and lower gross margins, the Singapore-listed company's margin recovery hasn't been as fast as RHB had expected. RHB adjusts its margin projections to the current run rate, which leads to a 13% reduction to 2025 and 2026 earnings forecasts for Frencken and a lower target price of S$1.48 versus S$1.71. Shares are 0.9% lower at S$1.06. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
