According to the group, Lee is retiring to devote more time to his other commitments.
No re-election of the group’s non-executive chairman and independent director is expected to follow.
Shares in Santak Holdings closed 0.1 cents higher, or up 1.25%, at 8.1 cents on Oct 9.
